We offer various full time courses during the year, Ranging from 3 months to 1 Year.  They currently include the Certificates and Diplomas in Baking, Cooking, House Keeping and Food & Beverage Studies. The only part -time course available is cake decorating classes on Saturdays. We are looking at introducing more part time courses in the future. A Higher Diploma is also available for studies after completion of the Diploma.

Full time Course

First years students need to complete the application form and will be interviewed. On succesfull application a registration fee of R 5000 + R 25 000 deposit will be required to commence the course. Then further monthly installments of R 4000 (from Feb to Nov). International qualifications are optional extras at R 8 000 per exam.  The school supplies an uniform, recipes and course module notes and lectures. Students need to supply their own equipment, a list will be provided.  We are accredited to City and Guilds and linked to the South African Chef's Association.
