We are a lovely group of ladies that run a cooking school and have been training students in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years.
OUR VISION
To produce chefs of outstanding calibre while instilling creativity and a high level of business skills which will benefit students when opening their own business or working in the industry.
We also host & cater for events and functions, have a venue for hire and offer accommodation at Blues Guest House.

Latest News
Some of our students visited the Gonubie Butchery and learned all about cuts of meat, food safety and cold storage, before setting up and running a boerie stand at the mall. A great day of learning was enjoyed by everyone.
We had our graduation at Blues Guest House in November 2020. Students attended and received certificates, diplomas and trophys for their hard work. We enjoyed some great food after the ceremony and were entertained by Kerry Hiles.
