We organise various industry experts and speakers to teach our students more about their field of knowledge. Also cooking demo's from various chef's and culinary experts. Various demos and guest speakers are organised during the year to make classes fun and impart more ideas and knowledge to students.
Tertius the mushroom man visits:
Students had the opportunity to learn all about mushrooms, how they grow and how to cook with them, especially oyster mushrooms. Raw and cooked mushrooms were available for tasting and our students got a lot of recipe ideas.
