In service training

Our students get the opportunity to do 2 weeks of in service training at various restaurants and establishments in and around East London.

Learning how to work in industrial kitchens and getting hands-on experience is a very valuable experience for our students. They learn how kitchens work under the guidance of trained chefs and restaurant owners. Our students love this great opportunity to learn!
